Auch Katzen d\u00fcrfen davon profitieren, vorausgesetzt, du w\u00e4hlst die Zutaten mit Bedacht. Warum also nicht mal deiner Katze einen Smoothie machen?<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"5-vorteile-von-smoothies-fuer-katzen\">5 Vorteile von Smoothies f\u00fcr Katzen<\/h2>\n<p>Generell kann man Katzen einen Smoothie als Snack zwischendurch anbieten. Er kann aber auch als Topping zum normalen Futter zubereitet werden oder als Erg\u00e4nzung zum Barf, falls du deine Katze so ern\u00e4hrst.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Du hast die vollst\u00e4ndige Kontrolle \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t der Zutaten<\/li>\n<li>Smoothies sind leicht verdaulich<\/li>\n<li>In Smoothies sind viele wichtige N\u00e4hrstoffe enthalten.<\/li>\n<li>Smoothies k\u00f6nnen als Zutat selbst gebackener Leckerlis verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li>Alte oder kranke Katzen k\u00f6nnen einen Smoothie sehr gut zu sich nehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"katzen-smoothie-selber-machen-rezepte\">Katzen Smoothie selber machen: Rezepte<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr alle folgenden Rezepte gilt:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schwierigkeitsgrad:<\/strong> leicht<br \/>\n<strong>Zeitaufwand:<\/strong> 3-5 Minuten<br \/>\n<strong>Ergibt:<\/strong> ca. 200ml<\/p>\n<p>Das Obst etwas zerkleinern und alle Zutaten im Mixer cremig r\u00fchren, fertig. Das Kerngeh\u00e4use und die Schalen der \u00c4pfel m\u00fcssen nicht entfernt werden. Die angegebene Menge wird <strong>zu viel f\u00fcr eine Mahlzeit<\/strong> sein. Die Smoothies halten sich 3 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank und k\u00f6nnen auch wunderbar in Eisw\u00fcrfelbeh\u00e4ltern eingefroren werden.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"rezept-1-basisrezept\">Rezept 1 - Basisrezept<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Handvoll Beerenfr\u00fcchte<\/li>\n<li>1 Handvoll Blattgr\u00fcn, z.B. Feldsalat oder Romanasalat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"rezept-2-wildkraeutersmoothie\">Rezept 2 - Wildkr\u00e4utersmoothie<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ged\u00e4mpfte oder gekochte M\u00f6hre<\/li>\n<li>5 ganze Hagebutten (frisch oder getrocknet), alternativ 1g Hagebuttenpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 Handvoll Wildkr\u00e4uter, z.B. Brennnessel, Borretsch, Spitzwegerich, Giersch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"rezept-3-der-fischige\">Rezept 3 - Der Fischige<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>1 Dose Thunfisch ohne \u00d6l und ungew\u00fcrzt<\/li>\n<li>1 Handvoll Blattgr\u00fcn<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>Optional 1\/4 Apfel oder 1\/ Handvoll Beeren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"rezept-4-der-fleischige\">Rezept 4 - Der Fleischige<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>3 rohe oder gekochte H\u00fchnerherzen<\/li>\n<li>1 Handvoll Blattgr\u00fcn, z.B. Pfl\u00fccksalat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"brauchen-katzen-wirklich-smoothies\">Brauchen Katzen wirklich Smoothies?<\/h2>\n<p>Fleisch- oder fischhaltige Smoothies k\u00f6nnen besonders dann praktisch und hilfreich sein, wenn eure Katze <strong>aus gesundheitlichen Gr\u00fcnden<\/strong> <strong>Probleme mit dem Kauen<\/strong> von Nahrung hat.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Katze ben\u00f6tigt <strong>nicht zwingend Obst in ihrer Ern\u00e4hrung<\/strong>. Dennoch kann ein Smoothie eine <strong>leckere Abwechslung<\/strong> sein, die Menge kann aber klein gehalten werden. Ein Zuviel an Obst kann Diabetes bei Katzen f\u00f6rdern, daher ist es auch besser, <strong>Obstsorten mit niedrigerem Zuckergehalt<\/strong> zu w\u00e4hlen, wie etwa Beerenfr\u00fcchte.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Gem\u00fcse oder Kr\u00e4utern ist die Sachlage ein wenig anders. Frisst die Katze beispielsweise eine Maus, befindet sich in deren Magen auch Gr\u00fcnes, von dem die Katze profitiert.
